Hi, wäre es vielleicht möglich das Tapatalk-Plugin zu aktualisieren? Es ist leider schon etwas veraltet und ich bekomme keine Benachrichtigungen mehr wenn auf ein von mir aboniertes Thema geantwortet wird.

Monetization for Forum Owners – Tapatalk to begin testing ad formats

Dear Forum Owners,

We are excited to announce that Tapatalk is going to begin testing a free version of Tapatalk and in-app ads as a way to help you make money from mobile traffic.
Moving from a paid app to a free app
We recently started to offer the Tapatalk app for free for iOS devices. Since we began to test the free version, we are very happy to report a significant increase in downloads.
Testing ad formats
In the next few days, we will begin to test ad formats on Tapatalk. The ad formats will be integrated within topics, and there will be three formats; banner ads, app installs, and “Promoted Topics” (similar to Facebook’s Promoted Stories).
During this initial phase, we will be testing technical integrations. The frequency of ads will be very low, and many of your users may never see an ad.

After the test
We expect the test phase to run 30-90 days. At the end of test, we will have a good understanding of the performance of the various ad formats. We will also determine the revenue model, and we will retroactively share the ad revenue from the test period with you.
We are excited about helping you earn money from users accessing your forum through Tapatalk. Over the next few weeks, we will provide you updates on the test and will monitor and respond to feedback on the Tapatalk Engagement and Monetization support forum.

Wer also die freie Tapatalk-App nutzt wird zukünftig Werbung eingeblendet bekommen, die nicht durch PowerBoxer kommt.
Ich überlege ersthaft den Dienst abzuschalten...

Mist! Da hätte ich lieber wieder ein oder zwei Fränkli gezahlt. Diese Werbung ist wie die Dauerbeschallung im
supermarkt. Nicht wirklich schlimm aber nervig.

Abschaltung wuerde ich bedauern. Zumindestens weiss ich wieder warum ich erstmal nach dem Hintergrund der "Kostenlosigkeit" schauen wollte bevor ich die neue Version einspiele ..

Ich habe meinen Obulus bezahlt, bei Tapatalk 2 und auch jetzt bei der 4. Ei, das sind solche Kleinbeträge die ich sonst auch hin und wieder für völlig sinnloses Zeug ausgebe. Da kann ich auch mal einen "armen" Programmierer unterstützen. Übrigens, mein Angebot steht noch auch dem Forum hier ab und zu eine Spende zukommen zu lassen wenn erwünscht.

Bis jetzt popt noch nix auf. Ich hab auch nix gegen etwas Werbung, solange sie eindeutig als solche zu erkennen und deutlich vom Inhalt getrennt ist.
Tapstalkabschaltung würde ich bedauern, es gibt aber auch Gründe gegen Tapatalk, Datenschutz zum Beispiel.

Ich habe nach dem Update auf die neue Version ganz schnell wieder "gedowngradet", umständlich in der Bedienung und unübersichtlich ist das neue Tapatalk für mein Empfinden geworden. Und solange die alte Version funktioniert, gibt's auch keine Werbung!

mal abwarten, was da an werbung kommen wird ...

tapatalk 4-beta nutze ich schon länger und jetzt für 0,75€ tapatalk 4.
ich habe da nix zu meckern. umständlich und unübersichtlich finde ich es nicht.

ist mir jedenfalls 1000mal lieber als mit nem normalen browser aufm smartfon.

Ich seh es wie Larsi. Ich habe es sowohl auf dem Tablet als auch hier auf dem Handy und bin absolut zufrieden. Die 75ct habe ich auch gerne bezahlt.
